Was ist ein DAD Detektor?
DAD-Detektoren messen genau wie die UV/VIS-Detektoren eine Lichtabsorption durch die Probe im ultravioletten bzw. visuellen Wellenlängenbereich. Er bietet also die Möglichkeit von jedem Peak im Chromatogramm das gesamte UV/VIS-Spektrum aufzunehmen (und eventuell die Verbindung zu identifizieren).
