Das Beschaffungscontrolling umfasst alle Führungshandlungen, die sich auf die Beschaffung von Material und Dienstleistungen beziehen (Ossadnik, 2009, S. 492-493). Dem Beschaffungsmanagement sind entsprechende Informationen zur Unterstützung der Führung bereitzustellen.
