Woher kommt der Edelstein Lapislazuli?
Lapislazuli entsteht vorwiegend durch Kontaktmetamorphose oder metasomatische Vorgänge unter anderem in Amphiboliten, Gneis, Marmor, Peridotiten und Pyroxeniten. Neben den genannten Gesteinen können auch die Minerale Afghanit, Apatit, Dolomit, Hauyn, Nephelin, Schwefel, Tremolit und andere assoziiert sein.
